Summary

Enlisted in the Royal Bahamas Police Force in June 1996, which is more than 26 years. Have garnered inestimable work experience and knowledge in various areas of the Police Force, inclusive of Southwestern Division, Internal Security Division, Southern Division, Central Division, Computer Center (Information Technology Department), Farm Road Urban Renewal, the Police Band, Urban Renewal 2.0 and South-Central Division.

My extensive portfolio at the division comprises of establishing and managing the LEEAP Program, where approximately two hundred young men and ladies have been assisted with educational enhancement classes through the crime preclusion and reduction L.E.E.A.P (Law Enforcement Empowerment and Preparedness Program) and some of them have already been recruited in the RBPF, the RBDF and BDOCS.

I have also assisted in the resurgence of the Urban Renewal Band where approximately thirty (30) young persons received scholarships in 2022 and twelve have already received scholarships in 2023 thus far some of whom are attending university.

Having national and international exposure, experience, passion, commitment, dedication and strong work ethics, have contributed to having the opportunity to demonstrate a holistic leadership and managerial skills as the Officer in Charge of the Long Island Division. Here my leadership and managerial skills will continue to develop, as a result of the various responsibilities.
