Driving the plants to the best-in-class standards in order to guarantee the same level of Premium Quality and consequently to satisfy the OEMS requirements in a global approach.

Coordinating the OE Quality teams operating in different regions/plants as a crucial key to create a global relationship with each OEM replacing a local for local approach, a relationship that has to involve all the company areas.

Focusing on all aspects of supplier manufacturing from product launch to on-going production, the position has the aim to drive quality throughout all aspects of company relationships with its supply base.

Driving emergency, containment, corrective actions; driving supplier development; manage the PPAP phase for new projects; manage the Vendor Rating.

To work effectively with diverse people and cross-functional teams both on internal + supplier side.

Managing the external quality of the company, from the project phase to the mass production on the different product families: anti vibration systems, torsional dampers, brake hoses, air springs and thermoplastics profiles.

Managing and continuously improving the quality of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Led and managed a team of quality specialists, driving results and continuous improvement initiatives.

Acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns.
