  • Learned the classical Pilates repertoire through a contemporary lens with a focus on biomechanics, focused pedagogy, and development of individual practice client and/or group needs.
  • The 450+ hour training and development program includes: Weekly small group peer rotations, weekly private client practice and development, weekly senior instructor 1-on-1 practice, small group class flow development, and vigorous module testing.
  • Created Pilates Mat class flow using the beginner, intermediate, and advanced classical flow, paired with contemporary ad some archive exercise. This was key in developing our teaching style and personality while sharpening our ability to observe clients movements, and offer variations, progressions, and adaptations in the moment.

  • Build and partner with the Sales Supervisor team to take responsibility for driving sales floor behaviors that meet the expectations of Leap and M.M. LaFleurs client experience.
  • Schedule and host 1-hour appointment styling sessions for high profile returning or new clients.
  • Hold weekly one-on-one touch bases with all team members to discuss individual performances, overall sales and KPI results, appointment summaries, and fill in the gaps on needed training and development.
