Gym, Volunteering, Going to The Beach, and Bike Riding

In addition to helping me stay in shape, the gym provides a secure environment for me to release my mental tension. My passion for volunteering stems from the fact that it provides a means of assistance to those in need. I also enjoy taking bike rides and trips to the beach because they provide me with different ways to release stress.
