In charge of "Connection Systems" technology line (annual net sales ~100 M€), which main tasks includes:

• Lead formulation and execution of comprehensive global product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch, maturity and phase-out.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, gathering and interpreting data to gain insights into market dynamics and potential opportunities.
• Implement effective product positioning and pricing strategies, through product related business cases and analysis of sales figures and trends, considering market conditions and competitive landscape.

• Liaise with clients to develop deep understanding of business needs in comparison to current market landscape.
• Gather product specifications into detailed document so to build key requirements for design features.
• Assess costs and investment scenarios based on product economic value, estimated production capabilities and customer demand.
• Define test plan and analyze metrics to measure prototype performance, in comparison to competitor's solution.

• Design and optimize of mechanical components for railways over-head equipment.
• Real scale testing of cantilever subjected to severe working load due to particular railway track condition.
• Assistant to Plant Manager for material requirements planning subjected to project final design.
• Collaboration with contractor at installation site for troubleshooting and/or project reviews.
