Tasked with creating a healthy communal environment and running trips for Marian Hall, a 1st year dorm designated for the Outdoor Pursuits LLC at Gonzaga University. This job requires collaboration with a second programmer to accomplish and large-scale relationship building with 1st year students through the organization of activities within and outside of the dorm environment

Working all behind-the-counter food service tasks excluding managerial duties. This includes customer service, food prep, dough making, line work, phone call orders, and effective teamwork with my crew.

Served as an overnight adventure camp counselor in Evergreen CO for a period of 3 months. Adventure camp counseling entails guiding children ages 1st-5th grade through a variety of activities including kayaking, rock climbing, backpacking, and group games. Throughout i learned to:

• Handled challenging situations effectively, including resolving conflicts among campers and addressing behavioral issues.
• Assisted in the planning and execution of special events, such as talent shows, theme nights, and field trips.
• Provided emotional support for homesick or struggling campers, helping them adjust to the overnight camp environment successfully.
• Managed administrative tasks efficiently, including maintaining accurate records of camper information and incident reports.
