Contact clients regarding their renewals with instructions & respond to questions, requests and queries as necessary
Advise clients when their information requires updating, provide the necessary forms, ensure documents received are uploaded to the system and manual copies are added to clients' files
Communicate with producers, sub-agents, and Department heads of Personal & Commercial lines regarding emailing & mailing client renewal
Communicate with Customer Accounts Representatives regarding any accounts-related matters
Ensure staff mail, email clients documents as needed
Monitor follow -up procedures and offer suggestions for improvements
Liaise, with Producers, Sub-agents regarding risk improvement requirements
Bank Confirmations and Follow-up
Supervise team responds to cover requests from Mortgage Institutions
Liaise with underwriting CSR's, Producers, Sub-Agents regarding renewal processing
Display high levels of customer service at all times
Provide additional assistance to our Family Islands and Sub-branches
Render any assistance necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the Agency as a whole
Complete and oversee other related duties as assigned by management.
