Isabella Anand

I was flown to A Coruña, Spain to be part of a show with students from all over the world. I was one of 20 in the show and only 2 students were picked from America myself included. I presented my thesis collection in front of 60 people and had two models wear two of my pieces. I got to tour Zara's facilities and met with different design teams. Overall, it was a super interesting experience to see design and production at that large of a scale and I was honored to be selected.

I am currently a design intern for Fleur du Mal, I work in both ready to wear and lingerie. I have worked at Fleur for 10 months with the design team. While working here I have helped with patternmaking, flats, microsoft excel, tech packs, communicating with factories, garment district runs, fittings, cutting out fabric, illustrator and graphic work.

• Organized and photographed samples to communicated with factory creating a digital record.
• Conducted research and assisted during fit-model meetings.

• Produced original, creative content for promotional advertisements and marketing materials.
• Created three original wearable pieces for Just Water using sustainable resources to market the brand.

• Managed 20 models during Albany, Bahamas Resort annual runway show 2018, 2019, 2020
• Worked with All Swim for fashion show

• Cultivated forward-thinking, inclusive art program for at-risk youth.
• Created organization's mission and vision statements for use by volunteers.
