Summary

I am a professionally qualified Mechanical Engineer (BEng) with over 20 years of industry experience across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Caribbean. I have worked with esteemed organizations such as Kawana Bay Resort, Mota-Engil, Stefanutti Stocks, High-Tech Processing, and Murray & Roberts. Throughout my career, I have contributed to a diverse array of projects spanning sectors including hospitality, power generation, commercial, residential, healthcare, data centers, and industrial. Most recently, I served as the MEP Department Head at Mota-Engil, where the Project Manager and Owner from Kawana Bay Resort in the Caribbean recruited me to oversee current and future developments. My role ended due to economic factors, leading to my next engagement in reconstruction efforts in Abaco, Bahamas, as Director of Engineering. Moving on, I was employed as an MEP Engineer/Manager by ISD for projects in Normans Cayand Lighthouse Point (Disney) in Eleuthera. My extensive professional experience has equipped me with a robust skill set, including project management (MEP & CSA), pre- and post-contract management, commercial control, project scheduling with MS Project, managing large teams of up to 200 personnel, client and stakeholder liaison, health and safety management, contract management, and design management. I am an initiative-taking, dynamic, and ambitious professional, capable of thriving in high-pressure environments both independently and as part of a team, consistently contributing to overall business goals.
