• Daily management of sales orders
• Preparation of sales documentation (transport documentation and foreign invoicing in cooperation with the accounting department)
• Shipping and transportation management: coordination between various production departments and the shipping department (departure planning)
• Database management of customer master records, filing of sales documents, commercial and promotional agreements
• Coordination with all business departments during new customer activation (e.g., new product development and/or new private label development)
• Direct customer management - Customer service: responded to customer requests for products, services, and company information
• Processing commercial offers, promotions, price lists and updating seasonal assortments
• Processing of periodic reports for management (periodic monitoring of turnover, sales, logistics costs)
• Planning the work of the sales team: regular communication with the sales manager and national sales manager to arrange meetings with customers

• Daily orders entry in the management system, issuing transport documents
• Order management and storage external logistics warehouses
• Management of orders to suppliers and storage of products for resale
• Special packaging management: IFCO, POLYMER, CPR, LPR
