Both She and I Volunteered for the Fox foundation Clothing Drive, for those that were affected by Hurricane Dorian in Abaco, Bahamas. Being a part of the Professional Concierge Team at Sandals Royal Bahamian has allowed me to encounter guests from all walks of life. It has always been a pleasure to create a personalized and redefined experience for every guest by meeting and exceeding their expectations. Every Guest is greeted on arrival and personally escorted to their accommodations as well as, planning their weekly/daily schedule such as Dinner Reservations, spa , tours/excursions, private dinners and frequent follow ups to ensure their stay is most satisfying. Working in such an intense environment that requires much focus, creativity, critical thinking, organizing, effective communicating and compassion has allowed me to build the mental capacity to think quickly on my feet while challenging my weaknesses and growing through the process even if it can become quite overwhelming. My strong communication and interpersonal skills allow me to help any guest I encounter with empathy, enthusiasm, respect and paying great attention to detail, which I believe are important for service excellence. My occupation and experience should both reflect the care and passion I possess for helping those around me. Despite my work schedule requiring much of my time I still manage to follow my personal goals and desires, with that being said, Being Crowned as the former Miss Bahamas Grand 2017, I've learnt that it takes determination and perseverance to achieve what seems impossible. My pageant experience has been life changing, it has allowed me to speak passionately across platforms as far as Vietnam and has made me into a more polished, focused and professional individual.
